1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation call, SMS, or email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
4. Damaged or Missing Items
SardarScent is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if caused by mishandling from courier partners, though we ensure secure packing. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos at info@sardarscent.com or via WhatsApp.
